The English program: An introduction
|
Medical training of Hungarian students has a
several hundred years history at Pecs University.
The English Program the Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)
in English-Language started in 1984 with only 38
students. The number of admitted students has been increased to
120 per year. Students from all around the world, who are
interested in studying medicine, are welcome to the English
Division of the Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Pécs.
Successful graduates receive the diploma of a Medical Doctor
(M.D.), entitling them to enter the medical profession.
As a recognition of its high level, our medical training was
accredited by several foreign countries, including by the United
States.
