The Project Manager, with experience as business analysts and/or
research analysts and programmer / analysts, also assembles the team and
processes its transition to other projects at the end. The "take off"
and "landing" of the project are critical management activities.
The Project Director is a senior and very experienced Project Manager,
generally with multi-million dollar or multiple projects under their
control.
