Business analysis is about identifying and understanding the problem and the impact of the solution on the organization's business. Business analysis differs from traditional information systems analysis because of its focus which is primarily on cost-benefit issue of a project. This position is a key link in between Project Managers and System Developers.
Project Managers depend on the Business Analyst for providing meticulous and rational details on project objectives, system requirements, business process analysis and cost-benefit analysis. Business Analysts employ advance analysis and modeling techniques to adequately understand and document,  project scope, objectives, added value or benefit expectations and well as other use powerful modeling tools for translating the business objectives into system requirements.
Business Analyst work more on complex (envisioning, practical time budgeting ) rather then the complicated. based on their understanding the Project managers create the framework on which the Programming and Development teams build the System structure which finally spells success or failure of the project.  Depending on the level of responsibility and the particular job role involved,
